clean the rest of the areas you agree to. That way, you'll
know what to expect of our cleaning, how much it will cost,
and how it is done with no surprises. After we have
finished cleaning, if you feel that any areas need to
be gone over again, we will happily re-clean them for
you. Finally, after we are done if you are dissatisfied, I
will refund you the cost of your cleaning job IN
FULL. Even
after I'm and gone I'll give you 2 days to call back for a
free re-cleaning if any spots that we cleaned reappear. If

WE
USE TRUCK MOUNTED CLEANING EQUIPMENT USING THE HOT WATER
EXTRACTION METHOD
We clean
using the hot water extraction method- what most people
refer to as "steam" cleaning. In reality, there's
no steam involved, just very hot water combined with
extremely capable detergents. It's the cleaning method
recommended by most carpet manufacturers, and the only
method endorsed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. We
do all of our jobs with a top of the line truck-mounted hot
water extraction machine. This machine is capable of
producing 180 degree water for the most effective
cleaning, combined with extraordinary vacuum suction (6 to
10 times more than rental units) that enables carpet and
fabrics to dry quickly- often in 4-6 hours or less! When
you factor in the aggressive but gentle cleaning
solutions we use, you've got a combination that is second to
none.
