In that time we have cleaned tens of thousands of square feet of carpet, and area rugs, not to mention thousands of chairs, sofas, auto, boat, and RV interiors. When most people think of carpet cleaning, they think of steam cleaning. Though this is the most common type of carpet cleaning, it is actually just one of five different methods. Steam cleaning is our preferred cleaning method and most likely the method we will use on your carpets. 1. Inspection: We will inspect the condition of your carpets, Type of fiber, condition, wear, damage, stains and any installation issues. After inspecting your carpet we give you our honest opinion as to what results you can expect from our cleaning.
   

2. Confirm phone quote: As you can imagine it is difficult to assess what is going to cost to do any job without seeing (inspecting) it first. We will give you a written quote with the complete final cost to perform the work. If you are not satisfied with the quote you are not obligated to have the work done and you will owe us nothing, no trip charge, no service call, not one cent. 
   

3. Assuming you haven't sent us home,   Pre-treating: Some cleaners actually charge for this, we pre-treat all of your carpet. Pre-treating is similar to applying detergent to a spot on a shirt before you wash it. We use different preconditioners depending on the type of fiber, carpet and soil condition, in any case will completely rinse and neutralize any preconditioners applied when we extract "Steam Clean" your carpets.
   

4. Spot cleaning: We have an arsenal of specialty spotters for gum, tar, ink and anything else we may come across. But in any case will completely rinse and neutralize any spotters applied when we extract "Steam Clean" your carpets.
   

5. Light furniture moving: We move most furniture like chairs and end tables. We also move couches in living rooms and dens. We do not move electronics, dressers, beds, sectionals, etc. To protect your furniture, we will put temporary plastic tabs or foam blocks under any furniture that will be placed on your cleaned carpets.
   

6. Extraction: This is where Truck Mounted equipment makes the difference. Our cleaning units are capable of heating the water to 180 degrees with vacuum power strong enough to leave your carpets only slightly damp. Using our powerful truck mounted cleaning unit we thoroughly "Steam Clean" your carpets with a neutralizing hot water rinse, leaving no sticky residue behind and avoiding rapid re-soiling of your carpets.
   

7. Minor Repairs: Trim loose fibers or frayed seams.
   

8. Drying: There are many variables when estimating how long a carpet will take to dry. How soiled the carpets may have been, the weather and your homes ventilation are just a few. But in any case you can expect your carpets to be dry in 6-8 hrs. Depending on the circumstances we may use powerful drying fans to speed up the drying process, with fans your carpets usually dry to the touch in only 1-2 hours. But with us there's No more waiting days for your carpets to dry.
   

9. Carpet Protector: Carpet protector is an excellent choice for families with children or pets and is often part of a warranty requirement. It makes regular cleaning easier and helps to prevent stains. Carpet protector does wear off with vacuuming and normal foot traffic and does need to be re-applied periodically. Depending on the circumstances, use, age, condition and cleaning results we may recommend that a carpet protector be applied. This is the only carpet cleaning service/product that we offer as an option. We will demonstrate how it works and the additional cost. We will mention it when we give you your written quote but we will not really recommend it unless we feel it will benefit you. 
   

10. That brings us to your job: No, no bill yet. Your the reason we are, where we are, in your home.
